- THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION FOR COMMERCIAL ITEMS PREPARED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE FORMAT IN SUBPART 12.6, AS SUPPLEMENTED WITH ADDITIONAL INFORMATION INCLUDED IN THIS NOTICE. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION; QUOTES ARE BEING REQUESTED AND A LIST OF THE ITEMS BEING PROCURED CAN BE FOUND AT THE WEBSITE REFERENCED BELOW. The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has a requirement for Airship Services for Monitoring Mercury Speciation and Reactions in Utility Emissions Plumes. The NAICS Code for this procurement is 488190. The Small Business Size Standard is $6,000,000.00. The request for quote number is PR-NC-06-10638. The Request for Quote document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 01-06. A firm-fixed price purchase order is anticipated to result from the award of this request for quote. The contractor shall provide the following: see PR-NC-06-10638 at http://www.epa.gov/oam/rtp_cmd/. The following FAR provision apply to this solicitation: 52.212-1, Evaluation-Instructions to Offerors-Commercial; All offerors are to include with their offers a completed copy of provision 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications--Commercial Items. The following FAR clause applies to this acquisition: 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items. The FAR certifications and any subsequent amendments will be available via the Internet World Wide Web at http://www.epa.gov/oam/rtp_cmd only. Hard copies or diskettes will not be available.
