Description
The Internal Revenue Service intends to award a purchase order to AMGRAF Inc., located at 1501 Oak Street. Kansas City Mo. For the renewal annual software maintenance support for one year: following items are: (2 each) Software support services for one year, (1 each) MECCA 2000 software for one year, (11 each) ONEFORM designer plus software for one year, (11 each) ONEFORM PDF forms generator module for one year, (1 each) Custom software for accessibility for one year. Provide maintenance agreements ? terms of service. Software maintenance: *Product Annual Maintenance Support for MECCA Product *Period of Performance: One Year. The contractor must be able to provide the following comprehensive and product upgrade software maintenance: (1). Direct telephone, fax and e-mail access to expert support engineers for problem resolutions, status reporting, documentation clarification, and technical guidance. (2). Unlimited support including 24/7 access for priority 1 issues. (3). Free upgrades and maintenance releases. (4). Periodic support Bulletin. The contractor must be able to respond to customer contacts based on the following priority definitions: * Priority 1 ? Time-critical production outages-the system hangs or crashes repeatedly after restart attempts. * Priority 2 ? System performance is significantly decreasing productivity-there are periodic work stoppages, occasional crashes, etc. * Priority 3 ? System stability is causing minor problems-there are minor program errors, incorrect behavior, or documentation errors. The Contractor?s target response times must be as follows: * Priority 1 ? Initial response within 30 minutes with follow-ups daily. * Priority 2 ? Initial response within 30 minutes (8am-5pm PST) with follow-ups every 2nd business day. * Priority 3 ? initial response within one hour (8am-5pm PST) with follow-ups every 3rd business day. Vendors who can provide the required products and services at prices, terms and conditions equal to or better than those which can be provided by AMGRAF Inc. should submit clear and convincing data in writing substantiating an ability to furnish the entire requirement. Responses to this notice must be received by this office within 7 business days of the date of publication of this synopsis. Responses will be accepted by facsimile at (202)283-1290. Facsimile responses must contain signatures, arrive at the place and by the time specified in this synopsis and may not exceed 7 pages.
