This procurement is being advertised as a Commercial Item using Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Plans and specifications will be available on or about February 22, 2007 and will be provided by electronic mail or paper copy, free of charge, upon receipt of email or fax request. No phone calls to order please. All orders will be mailed via first class mail.
