Description

This Combined Synopsis/Solicitation has been extended and was previously issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) WC1SH36334BL13 on 06 Feb 2007. This acquisition is reserved for small business concerns. The associated NAICS code for this acquisition is 423850 small business size standard is 500 employees. This is a Brand Name or Equal solicitation as prescribed under FAR 52.211-6 (AUG 1999). Equal items must meet the FAR Clause 52.214-21 (APR 2002). Descriptive Literature must be compatible with the existing Milnor components and software that make up the Milnor CBW System. Line Item 0001: Milnor Single-Stage Extraction Press for Automated CBW Batch Washing System PN: MP1603. Install Perf Blockers, extend the discharge ring on the last CBW module, Relocate/ hook-up any existing controls that are installed in the area where the Milnor Press would be placed, Hook-up any disconnected utilities, including but limited to Hot water, cold water, steam, pipe insulation, tempered water, natural gas, compressed air, electrical, etc., Perform all electrical serial connections b etween the existing components and the new Milnor Single Stage Model MP 1603, to have electronic allied data exchange between the existing components and the new component. Connect the existing Milnor Coinc Conveyor to the Milnor Single Stage Model MP 160 3. Line Item 0002 to include standard installation with a minimum down time of no more than 3 eight (8 hrs) days and daily rate for training, that would bring component fully operational using your own equipment including (forklift if required) and personnel. Line Item 0003 credit for the trade-in value and deposal of the existing ( Milnor MP2501). Line Item 0004 spare membrane for the press and parts kit.
