- This is to inform you that effective 1 Jan 07, HQ Air Mobility Command/A3KRS Contract Airlift transitioned to TCAQ-R, US Transportation Command. At this time, we will not physically move from our current office space and there will be no change to our telephone or facsimile numbers. However, there are several other changes we need to bring to your attention: (a) Our new office symbol and mailing address will change to USTRANSCOM/ TCAQ-R, 508 Scott Drive, Scott AFB, IL 62225-5357. (b) Existing contract numbers remain unchanged. (c) The first six characters of new solicitations and contracts will change from FA4428 to HTC711. (d) New requirements will continue to be synopsized on FedBizOpps using the same NAICS Code. However, if you search by Agencies, you will now find our requirements under DOD, Other Defense Agencies (ODA), United States Transportation Command, USTRANSCOM. In addition, you will notice a change in the look of our contractual documents as we begin using the Standard Procurement System/Procurement Desktop-Defense automated contracting system.
