- 70- Intent to Negotiate Sole Source - Dictation Systems VISN 9 Acquisition Service Center, 3400 Lebanon Pike, Murfreesboro TN 37129 intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Dictaphone Healthcare Solutions, One Wayside Rd., Burlington MA 01803 to purchase dictation systems, voice recognition hardware, all software licensing, training, and installation for the VA Medical Center, 800 Zorn Avenue, Louisville KY 40206-1433, and Ireland Army Community Hospital, 851 Ireland Avenue, Fort Know KY 40121-2713. Systems must have a DITSCAP-approved bi-directional interface, be internet browser based, and fully compatible with existing hospital PACS systems. The government believes this is the only source capable of satisfying all requirements. This notice is issued for information only and is not a request for quotations. No solicitation package is available. No telephone requests will be accepted. Written inquiries should be directed to the contracting officer at Raphelle.longrie@ va.gov and must be received by 3:00PM CST on February 14, 2007. The determination to open competition based on responses received is solely within the discretion of the Government.
