Description

Stratton VAMC Albany, NY is seeking a comprehensive maintenance contract for the following: all labor, materials, equipment and travel to perform full maintenance services of government owned pneumatic and D.D.C. end device and electric temperature controls at the up state new york stratton va medical center. Albany, NY for the period of April 1, 2007 through March 31, 2008 Base Year with 4 subsequent option years in accordance with the terms and conditions of the contract. Service to include scheduled preventive maintenance inspections regularly and all emergency intervening calls to consist of electrical safety testing,technical inspections, cleaning,lubrication, adjusting,calibrating of the controls and their integral components. CONTRACTOR WILL OPERATE A HONEYWELL XBS-I Software DDC system. Offers are due March 5, 2007, 2pm Eastern time. A list of control points is available upon request. Walkthroughs will be held on the following dates: February 13th and 27th, 2007 at 9:30am for both days Questions should be submitted to the Contracting Officer in writing thru letter, fax, or e-mail.
