- Taylor & Francis The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention intends to award on a sole source basis a purchase order to Taylor & Francis, Inc, Philadelphia, PA. The purchase order is for the purpose to provide online access of 146 subscriptions required by CDC scientists for agency research. Taylor & Francis, Inc is the sole publisher and distributor of these journals. However, firms that believe they can provide all of the Journals listed above need to submit a written notification of interest and capability to the Contracting Specialist within 15 days from the publication date of this notice. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement.
