Description

This is an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) solicitation. The Project Number is IQC07029009008 for NSN: 2915-00-179-6990. Filter, Fluid. Estimated Annual Demand Quantity is 732 ea for the base year and four option years. Delivery: FOB Destination, Inspection/Acceptance at Destination. The Government's required delivery schedule is 90 days ARO. Specifications, plans or drawings relating to this procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. Solicited as an Unrestricted, Other than Full and Open Competition (10 U.S.C 2304(c)(1) FAR 6.302-1). Note 26 applies. Configuration Control applies. The OEM is Hamilton Sundstrand Corp. (CAGE 55820), P/N 50179-1. Approved source is PTI Technologies (CAGE 05228), P/N 7575486. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
