A TOTAL OF 15 EACH REQUIRED TO BE DELIVERED FOB DESTINATION TO NEW CUMBERLAND PA 17070-5001, WITH A REQUIRED DELIVERY OF 180 DAYS. INSPECTION IS AT DESTINATION. PROPOSED SOLICITATION IS UNRESTRICTED. THE SMALL BUSINESS SIZE STANDARD IS 500 EMPLOYEES. A 100% OPTION IS INCLUDED WHICH MAY OR MAY NOT BE EXERCISED AT A LATER DATE. SPECIFICATIONS, PLANS OR DRAWINGS ARE NOT AVAILABLE. THIS ACQUISITION IS FOR SUPPLIES FOR WHICH THE GOVERNMENT DOES NOT POSSESS COMPLETE, UNRESTRICTIVE TECHNICAL DATA, THEREFORE, THE GOVERNMENT INTENDS TO SOLICIT AND CONTRACT WITH ONLY APPROVED SOURCES UNDER THE AUTHORITY OF 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) (1).
