- The purpose of this modification to provide responses to additional questions received. 1)The draft PWS does not include a task for Mission Planning. Will this be included? Yes, this will be included in the final PWS. 2)The twenty page limit for Volume II, Contractor?s Technical Proposal may be inadequate to provide concise background on proposed number of personnel. Will there be key personnel/key positions identified? At this time, we have not decided if key personnel/key positions will be identified. 3)CLIN 3001 is identical to CLIN 3034. Is this correct? No, CLIN 3034 should be for Project Planning Management Support. 4)CLIN 0001, Mobilization; does this refer to possible world-wide deployability of support? Mobilization is for any costs associated with transitioning to begin work by the date required. 5)What are the challenges 9 RW is currently experiencing? Overall, the largest is cost constraints and budget reductions throughout the Air Force. In operations and mission support, the challenge is flexibility of overseas/TDY staffing. In training and scheduling, the challenge has been identifying and preventing confusion on the chain of command. 6)Is the customer willing to use technology to improve processes? Yes. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (20-DEC-2006).
