- The purpose of this modification is to provide clarification to questions received. 1) Is there an incumbent prime contractor(s) that support these services today? Yes, two incumbent contractors currently support these services. 2) What are the incumbent contractor(s) name? The current incumbent contractors are Lockheed Martin and Systems Research and Applications Corps. 3) Can you provide the contract number, award date, and award value? For information regarding Lockheed Martin's contract, please contact GSA Contracting Officer, Tami Kinnard, at tami.kinnard@gsa.gov. For Systems Research and Applications Corps, the contract number is FA4686-05-F-0001, award date was 1 Oct 04, and total contract value is $914,552.00. For further contract information, please send a written request to beale.foia@beale.af.mil. 4) Is this draft RFP a consolidation of several existing contracts or is it a completely new opportunity. Currently we anticipate consolidating two existing contracts and this has been included in the draft RFP. 5) When do you anticipate a final RFP release?
