- General Services Administration, Heartland Global Supply, 1500 East Bannister Road, Kansas City, MO 64131 requests offers on the subject solicitation for FSC 8020, Paint Brush, Rollers, Pans, Covers, and Trays. The solicitation consists of 78 NSNs. The acquisition is set aside for small businesses. The solicitation will result in a contract for 2 years with three one-year options and an economic price adjustment. The Trade Agreement does apply.
