Description

U.S. Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) anticipates contracting with Parker Hannifin Corporation DBA Customer Support Military Division, 14300 Alton Pkwy, Irvine CA 92618-1814 for fuel transfer pumps utilized on the MH-60 aircraft (Parker Aerospace Part Number 9C115-1) fielded for USSOCOM. The proposed action will be solicited as an Indefinite Delivery Contract (IDC) for supplies which the Government does not own specifications and drawings to permit full and open competition. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302.1. Firms that recognize and can provide the supplies are encouraged to identify themselves. This notice of intent is not a request for a competitive proposal; however, the Government will consider all proposals received by the specified due date IAW FAR 5.203 (a). A determination by the Government not to compete this acquisition is solely within the discretion of the Government. The North American Industrial Classification Code is 333996 the business size is 500 employees. The estimated release date of the solicitation is 1 Mar 2007.
