- One-year, single-award term contract with four option years for the production of forms, books and pamphlets requiring such operations as film and plate making, printing (including color copies), binding, packing and delivery. Assumed area of production is within a 50-mile radius of zero milestone Galveston, TX. Approximately 25 orders per year for forms. Average of 2,000 copies per order. Approximately 175 orders per year for books and pamphlets. Average of 450 copies per order with an average of 15 pages per publication. Some orders will require foldins. Some orders will require tab dividers. Camera copy and electronic media provided. Envelopes may be provided for overprinting and insertion of material. Print in black, a color other than black, or one or more colors in addition to black. Four-color process may be required. Various binding styles.
