- Description
- These specifications cover the production of borchures, newsletters, posters, reports, and invitations with matching envelopes and response cards, requiring such operations as electronic prepress, printing, foil stamping, binding, packing, mailing, and distribution. Since the volume of work which will be procured under this contract cannot be predetermined, no guarantee can be made as to the quantity which will be ordered. However, it is anticipated that quantities may range from 300 to 50,000 copies with approximately 90% of orders placed requiring from 300 to 5,000 copies. Items consist in various finish sizes ranging from 5-1/2 x 8-1/2" to 24 x 38". Envelopes ranging from 4-3/8 x 5-3/4" to 4-1/8 x 9-1/2". Items may print in a single color or multiple ink colors and/or 4 color process. When specified, aqueous or varnish flood or spot coating will be required. Foil stamping will be required on an occasional order. Unless otherwise noted on the Print Order, the quality level will be level II. Various paper stocks will be required through out the term of the contract. Proofs and press Sheet Inspections will be required as ordered on the print order.
