- Description
- The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to issue a Firm Fixed Price Order under NAWCAD/NAVAIR Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) Number N00421-05-G-0001 for the CEC&ACIS publication effort on the E-2C aircraft. The tasks relating to the CEC effort will consist of updating the stand alone manual by incorporating revision 6, revision 7 and revision 7A data and deleting the preproduction data applicable only to aircraft A-125 from the baseline manual. While the Advanced Control Indicator Set (ACIS) will involve the process of upgrading the mezzanine memory cards from the current configuration of 192 Megabytes to 256 megabytes. In addition, sanitizing the manuals of data that is no longer needed as a result of the complete incorporation of ECP PMA 231-E2C-03-02R1. NAVAIR intends to negotiate this order on a sole source basis with Northrop Grumman System Corporation (NGSC), 600 Grumman Road West, Bethpage, New York 11714. NGSC is the designer, developer and sole manufacturer and systems integrator of the E-2C aircraft. See Numbered Note 22.
