- Description
- A license agreement between Knight's Armament Company and the US Government requires the items procured to be manufactured in the US and its territories. The technical data package (TDP) for this solicitation and any resulting contract includes d ocu ments that are proprietary to Knights's Armament Company. Disclosure and use of the TDP are restricted by the Non-Disclosure and Non-Use Agreement that the offeror will be required to execute prior to receipt of the TDP. The successful offeror under this solicitation agrees to manufacture the items, being produced under this contract, within the US and its territories. To obtain a copy of the TDP, a prospective offeror must sign a non-disclosure agreement, which will be an attachment to the solicitation posted on the web after the solicitation has issued. After signature, the Use and Non-Disclosure Agreement For Government Technical Data should be emailed and/or faxed to Attn: Tracey DuBord, AMSTA-LC-WSC-B, tracey.dubord@us.army.mil, datafax: 309-782-1906. After receipt of the Use and Non-Disclosure Agreement For Government Technical Data, a copy of the TDP will be mailed to you.
