- You are invited to attend a Preproduction Review Conference for the T-11 Qualified Products List (QPL) 20 - 22 February 2007 to be held at the Natick Soldier Center in the Officer's Club commencing at 0900 on 20 February. Attendees need to arrive at the installation with sufficient time to clear security and receive escort to the meeting location. Attendance will be limited to three representatives, specifically engineering and production personnel from each manufacturer. Only manufacturers who have signed the applicable Nondisclosure Agreements which are on file with the Natick Acquisition Center will be allowed to attend. Manufacturers are encouraged to submit their questions and comments in advance in order for the Government to prepare adequate responses prior to the conference. Every attempt will be made to answer questions that arise during the review prior to the clos e of the conference. Any necessary changes to the Technical Data Package (TDP) will be distributed to manufacturers as soon as possible. Manufacturers will be given an opportunity to pose all questions and identify any potential drawing discrepancies on the T-11 TDP at the Preproduction Conference. The goals of this conference are to facilitate a more complete understanding of the T-11 TDP , review a physical sample of the system, answer all questions and resolve all discrepancies with the T-11 TDP prior to the manufacturers beginning production on the QPL samples.
