Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) This Combined Synopsis/Solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) W912CZ-07-T-0011. (iii) This Combined Synopsis/Solicitation and the provisions and clauses incorporated are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-16. (iv) this acquisition is a Small Business Set-aside, Size standards  1000 Employees. The applicable NAICS is 336413. (v) The items requested are as follows: 10 each OH-58D helico pter ground handling wheels, Brackett Aircraft Company P/N BDW-Bell-2A with 10 seal kits P/N 603500 or equal. These wheels will be used in an arctic environment and must be able to withstand temperatures as low as -30 degrees F without degradation of oper ability and performance. FOB Destination. The 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors, Commercial, applies to this acquisition, along with th e following addenda. (ix) Offers will be evaluated using the following evaluation factors, technically acceptable, price and delivery time. The contract will be awarded to the offeror that provides the best value to the government. (x) All offers must in clude a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications, Commercial Items (Alt I) (xi) The clause at 52.212-4, Contract terms and Conditions Commercial Items applies to this acquisition along with the following add enda: 52.219-1, Small Business Program Representations (Apr 2002).
