- NOTICE OF PRE-BID/PRE-PROPOSAL CONFERENCE (a) The 402nd Maintenance Wing at Robins Air Force Base, Warner Robins, Georgia has a requirement for services to perform preventive maintenance, repair, including corrosion control, on Ground Support Equipment located at Robins AFB. Equipment consists of an estimated 7,035 pieces of powered and nonpowered equipment (1,380 powered equipment, 5,270 non-powered equipment and 385 golf carts) (b) An Industry Day will held 14 Feb07, 0830 at Robins AFB GA, Museum of Aviation Flight and Technology Center, Eagle Conference Room (3rd Floor). Activities will include overview of requirement and a flightline tour of equipment and facilities. ( c) Submit name of all attendees not to exceed two (2) per contractor to LaVelle Barnett, 78th CONS/PKA, Robins AFB, GA, (478)926-3438, LaVelle.Barnett@robins.af.mil prior to 12 Feb 07. This information must be provided in advance on order to ensure access to the installation/conference site and adequate seating for Industry Day participants. (d) Offerors are requested to submit any questions to the point of contact noted above not later than 12 Feb 07, 4:00 P.M EST If you experience technical difficulties accessing the Performance Work Statement, email LaVelle.Barnett@robins.af.mil prior to 12 Feb 07, 4:00 p.m EST. (e) A record of the Indusry Day shall be made and furnished to all attendees. The record should include minutes of the meeting, including all questions and anwers. (f) One-on-one meetings will be scheduled after the tour for anyone that is interested. Offerors may schedule a one-on-one meeting by contacting the above via email only. Meetings will be for 10 minutes and may be requested on a first come, first serve basis. One-on-one meetins shall not be used for marketing or sales pitches.
