- The Cryptologic Systems Group (CPSG) intends to award a sole source firm-fixed-price requirements contract (one-year basic with two one-year options) for 3M Filter Media (Part #F822) to 3M Company, 3M Center Building 223-6S-04, St. Paul, MN 55144-1000. Best estimated quantity are FY07 (360), FY08 (480), and FY09 (480). Required Delivery: 10-12 weeks ARO. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one (1) source IAW 10 USC 2304(c) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, only one (1) responsible source. The Government intends to make an award by 28 Feb 07. No technical data/drawings/technical orders are available. If a firm believes it is capable of meeting the Government's requirement, it may identify its interest and capability to the Contracting Officer within five days of this publication.
