- NSN 6615-00-334-7335, Rotor Assembly, Takeoff. The source cited in the item description is Kearfott Guidance and Navigation, CAGE 88818, P/N 216029. The solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a base year plus 4 option years. Required delivery is 129 days ARO. The solicitation contains a surge and sustainment requirement. Inspection/Acceptance is Destination. FOB is Destination. Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD) of 48 each. The Guaranteed Minimum quantity for the base year is 12 each. The maximum annual contract quantity is 96 each. The quantities will be the same for the base year and all four option years. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
