- Due to the number of discrepancies in the scope of the effort, a site visit has been rescheduled for the 13 Feb 07. The response date for the quotes has been extended to 20 Feb 07. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared IAW the format in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.NAICS: Small Business Size Standards: 423410. This combined synopsis/solicitation is for the installation of 17 multi-media projectors in four different buildings. A SOW and an Attachment A, outlining the buildings that require equipment with corresponding hours for installation,can be sent upon your request. The following clauses (current through FAC 2005-09, and DFARS Change Notice 20060412) are applicable to subject solicitation: FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors; 52.212-2 Evaluation-Commercial Items; 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications ? Commercial Items; 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions ? Commercial Items; and 52-212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders ? Commercial Items; 52.222-26 Equal Opportunity, 52.222-41 Service Contract Act of 1965, as ammended, 52.222-42 Statement of Equivalent Rates for Federal Hires, 52.233-3 Protest After Award, 252.204-7004 Required Central Contractor Registration, 252.232-7003 Electronic Submission of Payment Requests. In accordance with Clause 52.212-2, the evaluation factors shall be price and price related factors. IAW FAR 52.212-3, Reps/Certs should be completed on-line at www.bpn.gov. Quotations may be faxed to 478-926-3590 or email tina.gray@robins.af.mil no later than 24 Jan 07, 4:00 pm EST. The anticipated award date will be by 26 Jan 07.
