- This is a pre-solicitation notice for the procurement of a KC-135 aircraft maintenance stand/platform. The contractor shall provide maintenance stands/platforms for the front and rear cargo doors, nose/dry bay, and left and right wings. All stands/platforms must meet all OSHA and AFOSH guidelines. The purpose of these stands is to allow maintainers to access different parts of the aircraft during, maintenance and inspections in the ISO Dock. This requirement is being set aside for small buisiness the NAIC Code is 336413 the size standard is 1,000 employee. The solicitation for this requirement will be posted on or about 18 Dec 2006.
