- Reference RFI-Proposed Block 45 Modification Program, C/KC-135 posted Dec 4, 2006. A pre-solicitation conference is scheduled for 13-14 Feb 07 at Tinker AFB. Interested vendors should contact the primary or secondary points of contact to schedule an appointment. Questions regarding this notice should also be directed to the below mentioned contacts. The purpose of this conference is to offer an opportunity for interested vendors to provide information on their capabilities to fullfill the proposed Block 45 requirements. The schedule for the conference is as follows: 13 Feb 07: Individual Discussions 14 Feb 07: Group Discussions (all interested firms attend) DISCLAIMER This pre-solicitation conference is not an offer. This conference is solely for information and planning purposes and does not constitute a solicitation. All information received in response to this conference that is marked "Proprietary" will be handled accordingly. In accordance with FAR 15.201 (e), responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. Responders are solely responsible for all expenses associates with responding to the RFI's and the pre-solicitation conference.
