- The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center, San Diego, Seal Beach Division, intends to award a firm fixed price contract for providing ninety six (96) each 400 gallons water tank trailers, M149A2, NSN 2330-01-108-7367, Color lusterless Seabee Green #34084. FOB DESTINATION. The solicitation is restricted to small business HUBZONE under SIC 3715 with small business standard size of 500 employees. Applicable NAICS is 336212. See Note numbered 1. All qualified HUBZONE firms may submit a proposal which shall be considered. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be available by 7 February 2007 on NECO web link at www.neco@navy.mil.
