- Description
- The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst intends to procure an Prop Rotor Blade Balance Set (BBS). This BBS shall be capable of repeated, accurate balancing operations for the V-22 blades. The requirement for this procurement is for the offeror to design, develop, manufacture, test, install, and provide training for a Prop-Rotor Blade Balancing System to be used for blade balancing operations on the V-22 aircraft. This procurement will be a total small business set aside. The solicitation will be posted on the NAVAIR homepage at http://www.navair.navy.mil on or about the week of March 5, 2007. Select "Doing Business with Us" and "Open Solicitations". Look for amendments on the web page. Hard copies of the solicitation and amendments will NOT be mailed to the contractors. The government will not accept electronic proposals.
