- ?This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; bids are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.? Solicitation No. RMN00070023 herein is cited as an Invitation for Bid (IFB). The commercial items policies of FAR Part 12 will be used in conjunction with the sealed bidding procedures of FAR Part 14. Solicitation document and incorporated provision and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-25(b). This acquisition is a small business set-aside. NACIA Code: 42139, Small Business Size Standard: 500 employees. (Description): The contractor shall provide services consisting of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, supervision and incidentals necessary to provide rip rap rock in accordance with FP-96, (English version), Section 705, ROCK, Subsection 705.02, Riprap Rock, and Table 705-1, Class 2. Measurement and Payment shall be in accordance with Section 109, Measurement and Payment. Acceptance shall be in accordance with FP-96 (English Version), Section 106, Acceptance of Work. All delivery shall be completed with 30 calendar days after date of the contract. Delivery FOB Destination to Project N5000 located in the vicinity of Toadlena, New Mexico(approximately 27 miles south of Shiprock, New Mexico on Highway 491. Item: 1. Description: Rip Rap Rock Quantity: 1,610 CY Unit Price: $________ Bid Amount $____________ Bidders shall include the complete purchase price of the above item including all applicable taxes. FAR Clause 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors?Commerical Items (including any addenda), applies to this acquisition. Award will be made at a fair and reasonable price to the responsive and responsible bidder whose bid conforming to the requirements herein will be the most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. Bidders shall include with their bid a completed copy of FAR Clause 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications?Commercial Items. FAR Clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions?Commercial Items (including any addenda), applies to this acquisition. FAR Clause 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders?Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. FAR Clause 52.232-18, Availability of Funds applies to this acquisition.
