- INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation to be issued. T his notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations. This is a NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE PURCHASE ORDER using the simplified acquisition procedures of FAR Part 13 to Electronic Training Solutions, LLC, to conduct PureEdge viewer training in accordance with the following; provide knowledge about e-forms, provide knowledge about the PureEdge viewer that displays e-form, provide the basic skills to use the PureEdge viewer, and provide the skills to fill, save, print, and email an e- form. The training dates are as noted: 21 through 23 February, 2007; 11 through 13 April, 2007; and 12 through 13 July, 2007. Training will consist of two classes per day and fifteen students per class. INTENTION: Award the above-stated requirement directly to Electronic Training Solutions, LLC. The supplies/services required are available from only on e or a limited number of responsible sources under the authority of FAR 13.106(b)(1). Interested sources may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. DURATION: (POP) 02/21/07- 07/30/2007 for PureEdge vie wer training. All quotations received within 5 days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed purchase order/contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
