- Notice of intent to award a sole source purchase order to Equifax located at 1550 Peachtree Street NW, Atlanta, GA 30309. The award will be made for the procurement of credit reporting services, quantity (2,624). This procurement is being conducted under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 6.302-1, for Other than Full and Open Competition and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTATION. No contract will be awarded on the basis of offers received in res ponse to this notice. All inquiries and concerns must be addressed by faxed to DeLane Jones at 703-428-4914 or by email to dejones@mi.army.mil. Telephone requests or inquires will not be accepted. Responses to this notice shall be received no later than 12:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST), Tuesday, February 6, 2007. A determination not to compete this requirement is within the discretion of the Government. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be ad vantageous to the Government in future procurements.
