- The following are changes and clarifications to the previous announcement: 1. Delete and other Corps of Engineers locations from the title. This contract is for General and Photogrammetric Services within the North Atlantic Division. 2. Firms that have not previously sent in submittals for this announcement may do so. They should be sent to U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, 26 Federal Plaza, Room 1843, Attn: Scott Helmer, New York, NY 10278-0900. Submittals will not be accepted after 4:00 P.M. local time on 16 February, 2007. Firms that have previously sent in submittals should not resubmit.
