Description

This announcement is notice of intent to award a service contract for Annual Maintenance Agreement for a Homeland Security System in Lewisville, Grapevine, Ray Roberts Lake Project Offices) to an approved sole source contractor in accordance with FAR 6.302-5 (a)(2)(i). The Contractor is to supply all supplies, materials, equipment, and labor to install test, replace, and or repair the security equipment at the Elm Fork Project Offices (Lewisville Lake, Grapevine Lake, and Ray Roberts Lake Projects) as an Annual Maintenan ce Agreement. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 561621, business size standard is $10.5MIL. The sole source contractor is ADT Security Service, Inc. Federal Systems Division, 3601 Eisenhower Ave, 3rd Floor, Alexandria, VA 22034. The government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract to ADT Security Service, Inc. for the period of 5 February 2007 to 4 February 2008 with option year 1. However, any contractors who believe that they have the capability to meet the listed qualifications may submit, for consideration by the government, a statement of capability. Comments are due by 10 A.M. (CST) o n 12 February 2007. If no comments are received by the closing date, a purchase order will be issued to the above named sole source.
