Description

See note 27. DESC: NSN 11015-01-340-7742 Part Number 12591949. The item to procure is a Body, Hinge Bracket used on the M119A1/A2 105MM Howitzer. Mat'l: Steel, ASTM A304 or A322 or A331 Grade H43400, G43400 or G86400. Heat Treatment: Harden to 38-42 RHC. Heavy Phos phate coating is required and specialty metals provisions apply. Nominal size is 1.26X1.94X2.44 inches. Includes 4XNo.4 (.112) -40 UNC-28 Threads and Borings of .7500 and .406. Proposed contract is 100% HUBZone Small Business Set-Aside. Solicitation will result in a Firm Fixed Price contract for 108 each Body, Hinge Brackets, with 100% option provision. FOB is Destination, New Cumberland PA. Estimated issue date is 16 February 2007. This solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance wit h FAR 4.502 and 5.102, therefore, hardcopies will not be provided.
