Description: Remove 460lf of hydronic pipe insulation and install new pipe insulation. Remove 300 sqft of stained or damaged ceiling tiles and install new ceiling tiles provided by USCG. Clean basement storage room ceiling, remove any visible mold from the surface of the ceiling. Modify 19 fan coils to operate at medium speed vice high speed in the cooling mode. Scope of Work and Drawings available upon request. All work shall be completed within 14 days of commencement of work.
