- ***PROCUREMENT TYPE IS FOR HUBZONE SET ASIDE; THEIR IS NO LONGER A REQUIREMENT FOR FIRST ARTICLE TESTING.*** END ITEM APPLICATION: EZN TICONDEROGA CLASS CG (47) SHIPS. PR No: IQC 06340009060. This solicitation will contain one NSN for a Link, Chain, Detachable. This solicitation will be solicited for award of an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC). The award will be for a base year and four option years. This is a 1G procurement, and is a Hub-Zone Set-Aside. The NSN and Annual Estimated Quantity (AEQ) are as follows: NSN 4010-00-106-9549; Base Year AEQ: 36 each, Option Year AEQ: 36 each. Delivery: 96 days ARO: FOB: Destination, Inspection / Acceptance: Origin. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation issue date is on or about 9 Feb 07. Full and open competition after exclusion of sources applies. Reference notes: 1, 23 and 26. Conditions for evaluation and acceptance of offers for part numbered items cited in the AID: This agency has no data available for evaluating the acceptability of alternate products offered. In addition, to the data required in subparagraph (c) (2) of clause L17C01 (52.217-9002), the offeror must furnish drawings and other data covering the design, materials, etc., of the exact product cited in the AID, sufficient to establish that the offerors product is equal to the product cited in the AID.
