- Description
- This Modification makes certain changes to the original posting and also includes a separately posted statement of work. DHS Domestic Nuclear Detection Office intends to enter into a sole source contract with the National Council on Radiation Protection and Measurements (NCRP) to prepare a report on radiation protection and measurement issues related to cargo scanning with high energy X rays produced by accelerators. Proposals from other than NCRP are not being requested and will not be evaluated. NCRP is qualified to undertake and complete the report in a timely manner. Proposals from other than NCRP will not be evaluated. Sources that respond to the notice may be considered for future procurements of this service. Numbered note 22 Sole Source applies.
