- Description
- The U.S. Coast Guard will issue a solicitation for Refuse Collection and Disposal Services at the U.S. Coast Guard, Integrated Support Command, Terminal Island, San Pedro, California. The solicitation is for commercial services prepared in accordance with FAR subpart 13.5, Test Program for Certain Commercial Items. The policies contained in FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items shall be used as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The proposed acquisition is Restricted for 100% Small Businesses. Quotations are being requested under Solicitation HSCG89-06-Q-6SP001. The NAICS code is 56211. The Small Business Size Standard is $11.5 million. This solicitation will be for the Contractor to provide labor, materials, equipment, and transportation for Refuse Collection and Disposal Services in accordance with the Performance Work Statement. The contract performance period will be 01 October 2006 through 30 September 2007, with four one year options, if exercised. The resultant contract under this solicitation will be firm fixed price. The solicitation will be available to download from this site on/or about 29 March 2006, and will close on/or about 25 April 2006. NO VERBAL REQUEST WILL BE ACCEPTED. All Offerors must be registered with the Central Contractors Registry (CCR) per FAR 204-7, Central Contractor Registration. Offerors who are not registered with CCR may be considered nonresponsive and may not be considered in the evaluation.
