- Description
- PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE. Furnish all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to replace the Underground Water Mains. The work includes the following: 1. Removal of approximately 2500 feet of underground asbestos-concrete (transite) piping and associated valves and hydrants. 2. Installation of new 8-inch, 6-inch, and 4-inch PVC underground piping with hydrants, valves, branch tie-ins, and hose bibs in accordance with Drawings M1273-D and the specification. 3. Restore disturbed surfaces such as grass, asphalt roadway and sidewalks. The estimated price range is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. The applicable NAICS Code is 237990, with a three-year average annual receipts small business size standard of 31.0 million. Bid guarantee, payment, and performance bonds are required. The solicitation in its entirety and any amendments will be available at no charge online at http://www.fedbizopps.gov under the above solicitation number. This solicitation is a 100% Hubzone Small Business Set-Aside.
