- The United States Special Operation Command (USASOC) has a requirement for the pickup, transport, and destruction of unclassified office grade paper waste. The anticipated period of performance is a base year (01 April 2007 through 31 March 2008) and two (2) one-year options. Requirements will be fully detailed in the solicitation. The solicitation number is H92239-07-T-0010 and will be issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). USASOC intends to award on a competitive basis, using simplified acquisition procedures. This procurement is set aside 100% for small business. The anticipated NAICS code is 562119 with a size standard of $11.5 Million. Interested vendors shall be registered in the Central Contractor Registration database prior to award of a contract. Information regarding this registration can be found at http://www.ccr.gov/. Offerors will be required to complete either a paper copy of the Representations and Certifications or may complete them online at http://orca.bpn.gov in responding to this requirement. This acquisition is being conducted under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 regarding the acquisition of commercial items. Offerors are responsible for routinely checking this web-site for any possible solicitation amendments that may be issued. No individual notification of any amendment will be provided.
