- The Naval Special Warfare Development Group (NSWDG), Virginia Beach, Virginia intends to issue a Firm Fixed Price contract on a sole source basis to ADT Security Services, Inc. for the procurement of security supplies and services for various locations at NSWDG. Brand Name Justification: ADT Security Systems, Inc. is GE Security Inc., only authorized business partner trained on the installation and service of the UCS Interface Software as per GE Security letter of July 2004. ADT is the designer of the UCS Picture Perfect Head-End System and Interface Software which interfaces with the current system at NSWDG. The field panels located in remote areas at NSWDG are proprietary to ADT.
