- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The objective of this work is to provide support staff for operating the DoD Comptroller metrics program involving financial metrics reported throughout the entire DoD involving a balanced-scorecard approach. The support environment is a heavily-automated one currently employing the extensive Microsoft software suite while converting to Cognos Metrics Manager and Report Net as well as other Cognos software applications.
