- Description
- The United States Government acting for the Social Security Administration seeks to lease office space consisting of a minimum of 7,180 to a maximum of 7,600 ANSI/BOMA Office Area Square Feet (formerly useable sq. ft.) The building must be located in the Plattsburgh area within the following delinated area: North: Grigware Rd. South: South Junction Rd. East: Route 9 aka Margaret St. West: Route 87 The proposed lease term is for ten (10) years cancelable by the Government after the fifth (5th) year. The lease will be fully serviced by the landlord. The offered space must meet the Government requiements for Fire/Life Safetyu and Handicapped Accessibility. The space must be on no more than two contiguous floors and if space is on two floors, at least 85% of the space must be on one floor. Ground floor space is preferred.
