- U.S. GOVERNMENT INTENDS TO LEASE SPACE IN FAYETTEVILLE, NORTH CAROLINA AMOUNT OF SPACE: The U.S. Government will lease a total of 1,605 contiguous BOMA usable square feet based on the determination that this is within the best interest of the U.S. Government. This space is available for use by a U.S. Government Tenant Agency for personnel, furnishings and equipment. LOCATION: A negotiated action under Solicitation 6NC0069 will result in an award to 400 Airport Drive, Fayetteville, NC 28306 in an amount and date to be determined. REQUIRED: All services, supplies, utilities, partitioning and tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. TERM: Lease will be for one hundred and twenty (120) months with the Government having cancellation privileges after sixty (60) months.
