- Description
- The General Services Administration seeks to lease office space consisting of approximately 8,673 rentable square feet in Springdale, Arkansas within the city limits of Springdale, Arkansas. The space should yield between 7,372 to 7,542 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet. The proposed lease is for 10 years with 5 years firm, and should be fully serviced, including all services supplies, utilities, and tenant improvements which will be provided in consideration of rental to be paid, and must yield sufficient parking for employees and visitors. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than February 16, 2008. The offered space must meet GSA Life and Fire Safety Standards, and Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) requirements. The Government reserves the right to approve the design and will require its design excellence standards be achieved. The government is interested in considering alternative space if economically advantageous. Prospective offers will be weighted taking into account moving, telecommunication, alterations and tenant improvement costs when deciding whether it should relocate. Section 2 of EO 13006 requires that in filling their space needs, federal agencies give first consideration to locations in a specifically prescribed hierarchy as follows: ? Historic properties within historic districts (1) ? Sites within historic districts (whether developed or undeveloped) ? Historic properties outside of historic districts Expressions of interest must be submitted in writing no later than February 7, 2007, and should include the following information: street address and building name, if applicable; square footage offered, name, address and phone number of individual to be contacted; and evidence of authority to represent the owner.
