- REQUIREMENT: The U.S. General Services Administration is interested in leasing approximately 4,615 ANSI/BOMA office area square feet of contiguous Class A office space with 29 parking spaces available onsite in Bloomsburg, Pennsylvania. LEASE TERM: Ten (10) years with full termination rights by the Government after the fifth full year of occupancy. DELINEATED AREA: NORTH: Main Street from Railroad Street to East Street EAST: East Street from Main Street to 10th Street SOUTH: 10th Street from East Street to Market Street; Market Street from 10th Street to Port Noble Drive; Port Noble Drive from Market Street to Railroad Street WEST: Railroad Street from Main Street to Port Noble Drive. Interested parties are advised that this requirement reflects a continuing need for space that is currently under lease contract. This lease, which expires on January 23, 2012, has a renewal option that has already been exercised by the Government.
