- Description
- The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) intends to negotiate on a sole-source basis with a former OCC employee for investigative, training, and support services. The primary objective is to provide contractor services and deliverables to the OCC's Enforcement and Compliance Division (E&C), specifically the Fast Track Enforcement Program. The Contractor shall process fast track enforcement cases to include communication with the bank, law enforcement, and others (including the institution affiliated party) to obtain evidence; draft written memos to be used by enforcement staff attorneys to present the factual and legal case; make appropriate entries in databases; assist E&C with fast track program changes, including implementing new policies and procedures; prepare training materials, lead training sessions, and provide guidance following training; develop and maintain reports on case processing; mange the processing of 1829 letters; and perform legal and investigation research on enforcement matters. The contractor shall have prior OCC (or other banking agency) experience in fast track enforcement; knowledge of banking laws and enforcement-related policies, processes, and procedures; knowledge of Lotus Note, MS Outlook, Lexis/Nexis (including Law Enforcement Solutions), PACER, and MS Word; strong organizational, investigative, and oral/written communication skills. The base period of performance is March 12, 2007 through March 11, 2008, with one 12-month option period. See Numbered Note 22.
