- Provide the necessary management, material support services, labor, supplies, and equipment necessary for accomplishing chemical cleaning of sewage piping on Collection, Holding, and Transfer (CHT) systems with ship?s force personnel living onboard. CHT systems are to be cleaned in zones with portable chemical toilets including hand washing facilities and specified servicing. The work will be accomplished onboard U.S. Navy vessels and other military type vessels including submarines. This will be an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity, firm fixed price contract for a base year with four one-year options. Performance of work will be primarily on vessels located in a 50-mile radius of MARMC, Portsmouth, VA as specified on each individual task order, but may be accomplished worldwide. Award will be based on best value procurement utilizing past performance, technical, and price as evaluation factors. The NAICS code is 336611. This procurement is not restricted to MSRA/ABR contractors. This is a follow-on procurement. The former contract numbers were N62678-02-D-2006/2007.
