- This solicitation is to be issued as a Sole Source requirement for comprehensive depot support services for the Underwater Imaging System (UIS, MK 15 MOD 0) including all variants, auxiliary equipment, spares and repair parts, and replacement systems. This solicitation will be issued to Teledyne/RD Instruments located at 14020 Stowe Drive, Poway, CA 92064. It is anticipated that the award will be an indefinite delivery indefinite quantity cost type and firm-fixed-price contract. Approximate release date of this solicitation is 13 February 2007. The FSC code is J099, the NAIC is 811219, and the size standard is $6.5 million.
