- Description
- The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis the following items: 1 each - LossPro-LPD1315/1064F High Performance Lossmeter System: 0, 45 degrees AOI, 1310nm, +/- 2nm, 1064nm, +/-5nm (up to 2" test optics). Custom Angle Plate: 7.5, 15, 22.5, 30, 45, and 54 degrees AOI. Intracavity test fixture. This requirement is sole sourced to Nova Wave Technologies, 900 Island Drive, Suite 101, Redwood Shores, CA 94065, based on the fact that the lowest value of optical loss that the instrument needs to be able to measure is 0.0005% to meet the Navy's requirements. Also, the instrument needs to be able to measure values of reflectance from 98% to 99.9995%. This is the only instrument found that can provide both wavelengths in one instrument.
